That’s right, we do not have a single employee. Wild Mountain happens because of the hundreds of volunteers that come together to host this unique festival experience on the most beautiful festival site on earth.
From planning the activities to serving beer to cleaning up after our patrons, the Wild Mountain family does it all. vendors for 2024
We are looking for a diverse offering from our Food and Art Vendors on the most beautiful festival site on earth!
We expect a good crowd at Wild Mountain. The weather is always an important consideration. With the perfect weather comes hungry and thirsty crowds. We are hoping for between 6,500 and 9,000 for the weekend.
Conditions at the festival are ‘rustic’. We do not have running water.
We will provide you with ground space and generator power. Although vendors determine their own hours of operation, booths must remain open for the duration of the festival. All vehicles brought on-site must first check in with the coordinator.
Our Vendor Coordinator will contact you when they receive the form.
ARTS & CRAFTS Vendor
Arts & Crafts vendors add so much to our festival and we try to ensure that there is a diversity of merchandise available for our patrons.
We ask Vendors to be open for the duration of the festival. Our Vendor Coordinator will contact you when they receive the form.
Arts and Crafts vendors are required to purchase a minimum of one weekend pass. Please purchase tickets online and send the receipt with your vendor application.
Vendor Checklist
Please read carefullyAs a Vendor, you will need to bring:
- Drinking water
- Extension cords & power bars
- Your own vendor booth or tent
- All supplies and equipment that are necessary for your successful and comfortable weekend.
- You will be responsible to remove your garbage and leave your site in its original condition by noon on Monday.
As a Food Vendor, you will need to bring:
- Drinking and cooking water
- Food prep equipment
- Hand-washing station
- Food handling permit

Food & Drink Vendor
Wild Mountain strives to ensure that there is a diversity of food choices for our patrons. We are looking for at least one alternative-food choice on each menu; such as fresh fruit, vegetarian, vegan or gluten-free items.
We ask Vendors to be open for the duration of the festival. Our Vendor Coordinator will contact you when they receive the form.
Food vendors are required to purchase a minimum of three weekend passes. Please purchase tickets online and send the receipt with your vendor application.
